This enthusiastic/adventurous story is about a boy named Chen who lives in a small chinese village. His mother and father got killed by the soldiers in China. Now Chen is off with Master Waan who has sworn to protect the boy at all costs. Once Chen finds out he can read minds, Master Waan quickly teaches Chen to become a young wizard! It also turns out that Master Waan is a wizard too! So Chen and Master Waan quickly come aboard a treasure ship, which is just the beginning of their adventure. After Chen has become a young wizard and has achieved his goal of becoming a wizard, he finds out something mysterious. It turns out the fleet of ships isnt out to get something, they're out to get someone!

Opinion:

I absolutely adored this action book! I think that it was an exciting/adventurous piece of writing that I would reccomend to anyone who loves pirates and mystery! It was almost like this book was split up into 2 parts!People who are fast-paced readers will love this book like me.One of the things I loved about the book was that there was never an ending to a situation, it just kept going., also it never cut the situation short, so that would make the reader enjoy the book a lot more. I also loved it because it had a lot to do with adventure, it woud always go straight to the point and it never got slow and boring. Mostly why I enjoyed the book, was because it caught your attention very quickly in all of the chapters.

Explain your content rating:

Their was really nothing offensive with this book, I mean it had words like "shut up" and related terms to "stupid" and "dumb", but that's basically it.
