The book caught my attention and I enjoyed my reading. Sophie, a regular teenager, 16 years, trapped in a school where she finds out she is a god. Persephone being her god form and Sophie being the human form. A little change of plans when Kyrillos breaks the reality in which Sophie was living. Now she has to learn how to deal with the fallout and some how get back to her reality.
Opinion:
It has a good way of keeping the reader interested.Ms. Darling did a great job making me interested from Sophie's revenge to the meeting with Sophie's father. Which, kept me reading and I wanting more. The way she wrote the book make me feel i was part of the story, like I was there beside the characters. Characters were well developed, they could be real people. One thing I liked was the tone, it was natural and never make me feel lost. Sarcasm is a funny way on getting into people and the characters got into me.
Explain your content rating:
It has Greek mythology, those mythological characters are savages on the sex part. The story has a bit of sex, but is reasonable.
