Roger Tarkington isn't your ordinary 12 year old boy. He spends his days traveling, time traveling that is. In school this year, Roger is faced with the problem of cheaters. After being wrongfully accused, he takes it upon himself to use his magic calendar to find out who the real culprits are. It isn't easy, however, to keep track of the current time, go back in time, and still be a regular kid! Join Roger to see if he can keep it all straight, solve the mystery, and still make it to class on time!

Opinion:

Roger would be my kind of friend if he were a real boy. He is funny, adventurous, and wants to do what's right. The author does a good job with creativity in all the nicknames Roger comes up with for people at school. For instance, since one of his friends has the name of Elizabeth Emily Elliot, he calls her E3. I also like the way the plot unfolds as he is accused of cheating and needs to figure out who is cheating and who is helping them do it. The one thing I didn't like was the romance.  The book seems to have a bit more interpersonal drama than I like. I would recommened reading the first book as it might help clarify some details of the book.
