Riley Blackthorne is back and ready for action! It has been a few weeks since the almost apocalypse, and things are as crazy as ever. Riley is being forced out of her home and on a trip out of town… with Beck. Past evils are surfacing, and the passion between Beck and Riley is getting turned up a notch. Will the two trappers finally embrace each other, or will they die hiding their true feelings?

Opinion:

Foretold, Jana Oliver’s fourth installment of the Demon Trapper’s Daughter, was the perfect end to the series. Riley is a fantastic heroine; she is smart, funny, and wonderfully sarcastic when the time calls for it. The setting, futuristic Atlanta, was a little odd at first, but as I read the book, I saw that there was no other place that the events could have taken place. The storyline fantastically ties up all the loose ends in Riley and Beck’s life. This one was my favorite out of all of the books. It is a great series to read over and over again, but definitely not just for anyone. I recommend this book to girls aged 15 and above.

Content rating - some mature content

Explain your content rating:

There is some crude language in the book that would be inappropriate for kids. It also talks about sex, and in the third book and this book, two of characters have sex. The author doesn't go into detail, but it is still present.
