The Klaatu Terminus, the 3rd book in the Klaatu Diskos series written by award winning Pete Hautman is a good strong finish to the series. Based in the future with the odd Boggsians chasing after Kosh, Tucker, Lia, the 3 must find the answers to all the questions.

This book is set in a very unlikely situation in which a girl’s mother is in a coma, never to wake up again, but her unborn baby brother is still alive, barely. Extreme measures are taken at the slight chance that the child will live and the mother’s organs are kept running with machines.  As you might imagine, this whole premise is full with raging emotions and misplaced anger. The daughter, Emma, cannot get over that her stepfather did not regard her existence as he was deciding on her mother’s and brother’s lives.

 A Really Awesome Mess is a wittily written novel following the antics of two teens shipped off to Heartland Academy, a place for kids with every color of the rainbow in mental problems. During their journey to peace and wholeness, the duo overcome feelings for one another whilst scheming and unknowingly bonding with a group of ragtag teens, including a young girl with anger problems, a compulsive liar, a mute, and a video game addict. It's a tale of admitting and accepting problems and allowing others to help with those problems.

This is a book about two girls, Quincy and Biddy, both of whom were in their school's Special Education progam and just recently graduated. The reader learns alot about these two girls and their pasts.

In the book you also see how different the girls are so it is surprising when they are made roomates in their first apartment. Biddy and Quincy learn to get along and lean on each other for support.

It is a story about growing up.

She meets this boy who doesn't have a soul, so she somewhat falls in love with him.  Her family hates demons, and that is what the boy is...What will happen if Layla gets caught with this boy?
