Little Book is a self-published book, and he lives a very happy life with his author, Paige Turner. One day, he finds himself left in a bookstore, abandoned by his author. He realizes that she has given up on publishing him, and he sets off on a journey to try and become a bestseller. Things are a little more complicated in the bookstore world though, as Little Book learns from his new friends Cletus and Clyde.  Robots, known as Space Arrangers, police the bookstore looking to remove any books that don't belong and feed them to the "Lyons".  Little Book has a plan:  he will just pretend to be The Good Book, and with everyone's support, he may just be able to become a bestseller. Then, maybe Paige will return for him! But how will Little Book escape from the Space Arrangers? And will he be able to become a bestseller?

Opinion:

Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. The plot of reading a book about a book was very engaging, and I found that throughout the book, the plot held my attention. I think the author did a great job of developing the characters, and even though most of the characters were objects or books, they all had interesting characteristics and great backstories. Another thing I liked about the book was that there were a lot of different settings within the bookstore, and each one was described well by the author. This kept the story exciting and also helped me understand the layout of the bookstore.  The one thing I did not like about this story was that the beginning was a little confusing. Since a lot of characters were introduced in a short period of time, it was hard to keep up with everything that was happening. Overall, I highly recommend this book for readers looking for an exciting book... about a book!
