The Boy, the Boat, and the Beast is a touching story about a boy stranded on an island alone. He doesn't know who he is or where he came from. He has no memory of anything. As he regains his memory, he remembers family and love.

After some of his memory returns, he longs to again experience the love that he once had. Facing struggles of a monstrous ocean, an evil beast, and worst of all Fear, he fights for mere survival. Will he ever get off the island? Are there answers to his questions? Find out in Samantha M. Clark's The Boy, the Boat, and the Beast.

Opinion:

I liked The Boy, the Boat, and the Beast because it kept me on my toes wondering what would happen next. The author did an amazing job describing the sights, sounds, and emotions of the boy. I also loved that she took a perspective and almost became part of the story.

I could almost feel the pain, confusion, and chaos that the boy felt. His intricate personality also helps the reader understand him. I would recommend this book to most people because of its amazingly well-written story.
