The Great Louweezie is about two friends, Arnold and Louweezie, who are planning a day together. It starts with a picnic, but then The Great Louweezie wants to predict the future. She would like to read Arnold's mind for 10 cents. However, Arnold doesn't have 10 cents, so he gives her his lucky marble instead. Will Louweezie be able to read Arnold's mind? When Arnold starts having bad luck, he asks for his marble back! Will Louweezie give the marble back? Will Arnold get mad if he doesn't get his marble back? Read to find out what happens.

Opinion:

The Great Louweezie is a great book for 5-6-year-olds because the words are not too small or too big and the plot is not scary. Also, they will get more comfortable reading chapter books and there are not too many characters to remember.

My favorite thing about the book was the illustrations. They did an awesome job making the story look real. The book is a quick, easy read.
