Brian, the Alchemist & the Silver Dragon is a continuation of the series about Brian and his amazing adventures. Summer break just ended and school has started back up. Brian goes on a field trip with his class when something weird happens. The dead are being raised from the grave! Brian and his friends have to find out how to stop them! And how exactly does a stone that makes the holder practically immortal tie in? Find out in this book!

Opinion:

P.J. Taylor wrote a very nice book! The characters were fleshed out well. This book was mostly designed in Brian's perspective, which was nice. I would not consider this a stand-alone book in a series because I found myself getting confused throughout most of it.

One part I thought was unique was that the "World Wide Web" was actually a web of spiders. The book was a decent size and a good read overall, especially if you have read the book before this one. I would recommend this for ages 12 and up because there was some death.
