Blended is a story about an eleven-year-old girl who goes through complications with her identity and her family. In the book, Isabella's parents go through a divorce. Her time is split between Mom and Dad, but she also feels lost, not sure where she fits in culturally, as her dad is black and her mom is white. And then things go horribly wrong when a phone is mistaken as a gun.

Opinion:

Blended is a great book, and I really liked how the whole book made sense and had interesting parts. Blended always had me curious to keep reading. Sometimes the book had cliffhangers. That just made me more curious and intrigued to find out what happened. I also liked this book because things like this happen in real life and it gives you a different perspective. This book is very interesting, and I think a lot of people will enjoy it.
