Opinion:
Bees Are Our Friends is a very good educational book for kids ages 5-8. It can be used as a supplementary lesson book for the classroom as it discusses the role of bees in the process of pollination. It can also be a very good bedtime story as the words used in the book are rhyming and playful! The book also has colorful and visually stimulating illustrations that capture how bees play a vital role in pollination. The format of the book is interesting because it incorporates the text within the drawings. Although the font of the story’s text is a bit small for kids ages 5-8, the placement of the text is incorporated well within the illustrations. Overall, it is a very good book for both kids and adults to enjoy and learn from!
