In The Bully Brigade: Headmaster Bully by T.T. Floyd, Principal Turnbull, an evil principal, tries to fire every teacher except for one, Ms. Lewis. Ms. Lewis is a new teacher and so is Principal Turnbull.  They have a lot in common.  In addition to being new to the school, they are also the only enemies to all of the other teachers. Most of the teachers use Mr. Funkberry as their leader. He is strange but in a good way. When a gang of anonymous students tries to save Mr. Funkberry from Principal Turnbull, who will win?

Opinion:

The Bully Brigade: Headmaster Bully is an excellent book full of different emotions. An example of this is when a kid from “the gang” finds out that Mr. Funkberry is going to be fired but Mr. Funkberry doesn’t know. The kid is very frustrated. The Bully Brigade: Headmaster Bully also has lots of details and great word choices. The author doesn't use the same words over and over again. I wish the chapters were a little longer. There was a new chapter every 2-3 pages. This book is a page-turner and I would recommend it for 8-12-year-olds.
