So, this begins the story of the wild boy, also known as the Savage of Aveyron, and the long journey he took that brought him all the way to Paris. Throughout this non-fiction retelling, the wild boy learns to live in society and discovers what it really means to be human.

All Our Pretty Songs by Sarah McCarry was a book about two girls who grow up like sisters.  They have completely different personalities but neither have a father.  Aurora is beautiful and outgoing, while the narrator keeps to herself and dresses however she wants.  The girls have been best friends forever, and then Jack comes.  Aurora has already dealt with too much loss and can't stand to lose her best friend as well.  This is a story about relationships, friendships and how to balance them all.

Connor immediately takes interest on her and begins to hit on her. They begin to see each other and end up going to a lake with their friends. They move away from the rest of the group, and he gives her a gift, a bracelet with a little crystal in the middle. She thought was that it was a normal bracelet, until the jewel started to glow.
