Chase Dobson deserved it. At least that’s what they thought. Now the three best friends, Katie, Nate, and Renata, are left to think if kidnapping the biggest, most powerful bully in school really was a good idea. All they wanted to do was stop all of the terrible things he was doing to other kids. But now they know he holds all of their secrets. Now they can’t break the pact. They can’t. What really happened that night?

Opinion:

“Four Secrets” captured my attention right away. The moment I read the first page I knew I’d love it. I love the way three out of the four main characters are portrayed through journals. I couldn’t stop reading this book the moment I picked it up. The story line is great and the way Margaret Willy showed it was fantastic. I believe this book is great for high school aged kids, since there are some drugs and other bad situations involved.  I loved the book and was actually very sad when I finished because I didn’t want it to end.

Explain your content rating:

This book is mostly clean of profanity, but does reference drugs and some other bad situations a couple of times. However, it's nothing too horrible.
