Opinion:
The Swines: Anecdotes of a Piggly Family by H.M. So is a very entertaining story, and I knew while reading it that the author put a lot of effort into the book. The characters were very well-defined, and they all had amazing personalities. There were a lot of similes scattered about the book making it easy to picture what H.M. So had in mind. However, at times, the use of similes could overpower the plot of the story, but some people might find them charming. Overall, the short stories were well-written, and they tied into each other quite nicely. I really loved reading this book, and I would recommend it to readers who enjoy humor and imagination.
