Doodles Volunteer State Coloring Fun by Setria James is a fun and exciting way to learn about the state of Tennessee. Recommend for ages five and up, there are many informative coloring pages that will teach you something new every time you open this book. This tons-of-fun coloring book is broken up into three parts. The first part is called Tennessee State Symbols. In this part you will find information from state fossils to the state amphibian. The second part is titled Tennessee State Land Marks and Attractions. This part shows Tennessee's geographic regions and sights such as the elephant sanctuary. The third part is a combination of puzzles, games, and writing responses. This educational book sums up everything you need to know when visiting Tennessee.

Opinion:

This book is an exciting and educational way to learn about the state of Tennessee. I discovered many new things about Tennessee. For example, their state bird is the mockingbird, their state tree is the tulip poplar, and their state rock is limestone. Each coloring page was informative and detailed about each topic. I personally wish there were more puzzles, and it would have been nice for Tennessee to be mentioned on the cover. I say this because if you do not know what the state of Tennessee looks like you might pass this book in the store, but I truly enjoyed this coloring book.
