Are you waiting for your first love? Kathleen was waiting for the experience, but didn't realize that her first love was right in front of her eyes. Atticus Primble and Kathleen have been best friends since kindergarten, although their relationship changed in high school when they confessed their affection for each other and developed a deeper relationship. However, their love for each other is tested when Bobby O’Hara, the most popular guy in school, falls in love with Kathleen. Bobby and Kathleen start to spend time with each other and Kathleen starts to have deeper feelings for Bobby. Kathleen really enjoys spending time with Bobby, but she does not want to hurt her first love. Who will she choose? Find out in Kissing Atticus Primble.

Opinion:

Kissing Atticus Primble, by Stephanie Hoina is a well written book. I really enjoyed the descriptive writing, and this helped me to envision Kathleen`s world. Based on past novels I have read, the author would have established an event, and then based the occurring scenarios on the event. In this novel, I feel as if there is no established event, and that is what makes this book special. The book is just simple and it tells the story of a teenage girl waiting for love. I would recommend this book to a teenager who just wants to get out of whatever is happening in their life and read a wonderful love story. I would rate this book a 4 out of 5.
