Nicola does not want to go. He also feels bad about using money for his boarding school because his dad is no longer selling as many clocks as he once did.

This was a really good book giving teenagers and their parents advice. Advice topics vary from school to drving to relationships. The advice is given in an easy, fun and quirky way. For example, the book tells you the best ways to look for a job and how to find out what job is good for you. The stuff that the author says really makes sense. The advice is actually helpful and realistic.

Sarah goes undercover at a pharmaceutical company to try to find out what is going on. She gets a job in their advertising department.

She and Maggie are put into jail to be tried. Maggie manages to escape but her grandma will not leave the jail with her. Maggie goes to her uncle's house far away. Everything is going well until an old enemy named Annie shows up and complicates things for Maggie.
