Opinion:

Nancy Mehl does a good job of keeping the reader involved in the book. With great descriptions and a first person narrative, I felt like I was in the book. The setting of the book is in a Mennonite town, which is something that I knew nothing about before starting this book. After reading it, I have a better understanding of what it is to live in a Mennonite town. From reading the back cover, I would not normally pick this book to read. But I ended up enjoying it. The plot is well thought out and intricate. The story combines mystery and romance in a great way.
