In this book you are introduced to the future, and then taken back to the past. You are shown the power of love and the power of the family. In the past you see how people had to live and how long it took for things to advance. You are shown that to survive, you must learn how to live without the future necessities that we now have. In this book you are shown life, love, and happiness all received without the technologies we have now.

Opinion:

In this story, you follow Hansum to the future, and then through the past. He shows you what it is to do a little hard work, fall in love, and overall have general respect for the family. He teaches you how to adjust to a new time and place, including a new family. Hansum travels through to the past and changes the future with his knowledge. This book is very creative and outspoken, a very different book that had me reading from the beginning to the very end. If you want a good book to read, The Lens And The Looker is for you.
