LitPick Review
For those of you who think being a half-goddess is easy, you are in for a rude awakening. Unless you know where I can find a girl leprechaun for Jolly Dan Dabby, you are in no place to be saying things. And without the girl leprechaun, the love of my life Colin will waste away, dancing with the faeries until dawn because of a spell that was cast upon him-because of me. Newsflash-girl leprechauns don't exist. Plus, Mike Fitch likes me-and he can have any girl in the school. If I'm not careful, Mike will join Collin in the nightly dances and he too will waste away. Throw in an ugly prom dress and fashionable shoes (for a leprechaun!) for a good measure as well. What have I gotten into now?
Opinion:
It's not that often you find great books that have original plots and great dialogue, so when you find one you just have to get it and read. Enter: How I found the Perfect Prom Dress. This is a great read, not too complicated, plus this book is highly realistic. I can easily relate to the characters and have nothing but praise for Maryrose Wood for this excellent book. It's a must for summer reading, and you will find yourself submersed into this book just like I was. Good luck stopping until you finish it. I know I couldn't.
