LitPick Review
Do you want to learn about Tennessee? Then this is the book for you. From the state fossil (Pterotrigonia Thoracica) to the elephant sanctuary in Hohenwald, TN, this book takes you on a road trip across Tennessee. Each page consists of a symbol or landmark (ex: State Horse: Tennessee Walking Horse), when it was adopted (2000), and a short historical description of the place or thing, along with a simple picture to color. This book is simple to understand, easy to read, and fun to color. Enjoy!
Opinion:
I thoroughly enjoyed coloring the lifelike pictures and learning about Tennessee. Although I enjoyed Doodles, I’m not sure 5-8 year old kids would like it because it shares information that they might not care about. Setria James did a great job including beautiful but simple pictures, though. I encourage you to view the beautiful sights of Tennessee through Doodles Volunteer State Coloring Fun. You won’t regret the visit!
