LitPick Review
In the second book of the Alice in Zombieland, Alice Bell faces more challenges and relationships. When bitten by another slayer that had been bitten by a zombie, Alice was not the same. In mirrors, she does not see herself, but a zombie image of herself. Having zombie thoughts, hunger, and even zombie feelings, how can she control herself to not attack those she loves. More importantly, how can she destroy the zombie within without destroying herself as well. Her relationship with Cole is fading, and a new boy gets in the picture. Is Alice strong enough to face the zombie within herself and save her relationship before she looses it?
Opinion:
I enjoyed this book very much and am looking forward to more. I absolutely loved Ali. She is strong, determined, and protects the one she loves. Her relationship with her Grandma is so beautiful, and they can always be cheerful aroud each other even with all the craziness.; however, I feel disappointed with Ali and Cole's relationship. I feel like they were speeding things too quickly and are too worryied about the visions. They've only known each other a few months and get mad so easily. Besides that, the book is perfect with plenty of action, romance, and humor. I laughed out loud throughout the whole book, and I know you will too.
