After that day, David has obsessed over information about Epics and Reckoners- the people that fight Epics. In Calamity, David is a Reckoner and he is trying to get Prof back. New information has been discovered and as a result, redemption is possible for the Epics and now there is hope for Prof's fate.  Prof had been the Reckoner's leader, but he fell to the Epic's.
