LitPick Review
Boyfriend and girlfriend, Gen and Jules, are living in early mill 3. They have had bad recent experiences with "timejumping," but none of it compared to their new experience. They are jumped by a man named Franklin to the early fifteenth billenium. They learn that the creator of one of the timejumping machines is trying to get back in time and change history. He even wrote a rule himself, saying don't touch anything, but he is planning to break this #1 rule. This could also be very bad for the future, and these things could change all of time. Along the way Quincy tries to destroy Jules and some of his friends, like when he sends Gen to Pompeii to try and kill her under volcano eruptions. Nobody knows except Franklin and the gang, but how are they going to reveal Quincy's terrible plot which will change everything from the dinosaurs to the buildings on Mars.
Opinion:
This was a great book. It was real sci-fi, which made some things confusing because all of the new technology discussed in the story. The plot was pretty good, except there was no real rush of time at the end. But when Gen was trapped on Pompeii, it was very nerve-racking, and I wanted to keep on reading to find out what happens next. The book was really interesting with all of the new things that were happening in the story as they timejump. I definitely enjoyed it.
