Profile Picture

This is an adventure/mystery book that is very emotional. As 10 year old Annie Anabel loses her sister, Mary Kate, after a premature birth, her mom is slowly slipping away from her. She even forgets Annie Anabel's birthday. While her dad is in Germany in the Airforce, she must keep her mother from slipping back into what she thought seemed like a coma. While her mother is always sitting in her rocker, never blinking once, Annie Anabel has to find a way to occupy herself, trying not to think about Mary Kate.
