A Tail Tale
A Tail Tale

Will Wally be able to make friends in his new school?
When Wally’s new classmates aren’t so nice, he thinks maybe he doesn’t want to fit in with them after all. One day after school, he meets the Tailor, a magical figure who creates tails for the animals. As Wally tries on different tails, he also meets the Snake (who is all tail and gets bullied too). The Snake gives Wally a new perspective on friendship.
This whimsical story shows us that everyone has something to offer—and that often, empathy is the best cure for unkindness.

Profile Picture

Wally is the new kid at school and is struggling to feel accepted and find new friends. He even sometimes feels bullied by the students who push him down and don't invite him to sit by them. After a hard day at school, Wally meets a magical wizard named the "Tailor" who makes tails for all the creatures. The Tailor asks Wally if he would like a tail because maybe having a tail will help him to feel more accepted. Wally tries a few tails but doesn't end up finding the tails are the answer to his feeling unaccepted.
