This organization was set up by a boy computer genius, and millionaire, named Andrew. At first, Will doesn't believe that STORM, a group of four kids, could do anything to help the world.

But after a small success they decide that they can make a difference. They soon discover that Andrews friend Caspian is up to mischief.
