Cassie's life seems to be falling apart and it all starts with her brother, Sef, going to Iraq to fight in the war. After he leaves her mom is like a zombie, her sister is always with her no good boyfriend, her best friend stops talking to her, and her little brother who has Down's Syndrome stops talking for no good reason. She constantly feels like she can't breathe and just wants her brother to come back home. It isn't until she finds Blue Sky's blog that she starts to feel better.
