<p>The Garden Princess begins with a princess who doesn’t like being a princess- she’d rather be a gardener. Her best friend is a gardener, and gardening is the princess’ hobby, but she wants it to be her profession. The book then really unfolds when the princess attends a garden party and discovers a secret about the garden. After she finds out the secret, she has to hide from the owner of the garden’s servants, who are out to get her. It gets really exciting when she finds out that it’s a magical garden.</p>
The book starts out with the characters Jasper and Lily, and they are ages 5 and 6. Their uncle always tells them bedtime stories about the Moon Realm. He also gives them toys from the Moon Realm. He always wears this necklace that he never lets them see or touch. He's super controlling about the necklace, making the kids really curious about it.
This book is a very informative about Greg's past. It is one of the funniest books I've EVER read!! In the book, Greg looks back at what he thought before he was born. He had the funniest thougths! Then, Greg has some serious "drama" with the Valentine's Day dance since he wants to find a date so he doesn't end up being a third wheel. He and Rowley have a lot of hilarious mishaps together.
