From life management coaches Zen Ohashi and Zono Kurazono comes this revolutionary self-help guide. This book contains methods for living in simplified exercises and short explanations that are designed to empower and change the lives of its readers.

Opinion:

I personally would not buy this book though it does contain excellent advice. The font is very big and one or two sentences can take up an entire page- it is as if it was designed for a two year old. The advice is also placed in random order and is scattered all over the page and can be very annoying to look at. It would be a good library book to check out and read and have fun with but I wouldn't spend money on it.
