With their first mission behind them, STORM-a group of young scientists-head off on a new adventure to Italy and the Il Fantasma. Il Fantasma is a ghost that has been terrorizing and stealing from the people of Venice. Will, Andrew, and Gaia go off to help a certain Venetian relocate what was stolen from her and figure out what this ghost really is. On the way they meet everything from cults to cyborg sharks.

Opinion:

This was a truly well-written sequel. It was just as fun and interesting as the first. The science in this book was well-thoughtout and it actually taught me something about the way things work. It brings learning and reading a good story into one book. The book had many elements; it wasn't just a science fiction or adventure story. It had different genres combined into one such as science, adventure, mystery, coming of age/teen issues, and a little romance.
