This book is about Matt Cruise and his adventures. It is hard to place in a single genre, but I would say it is an Adventure/Action/Romance novel. Mr. Cruise starts out building a huge tower in Paris. He leaves his job in Paris after a mishap, and then is drafted by the Canadian government to become a space flyer. After a series of rigorous tests, he is then told he is not allowed on the Starclimber, a ship that literally climbs its way into space.

Opinion:

I like this book because it was not just one genre, but a blend of many. The writing style of the author grabs you by creating adventures inside adventures. The first few pages are boring, as they summarize the previous two books in the series. There are several twists and lots of sadness, but with happiness mixed in. I loved this book from beginning to end and recommend to anyone who likes adventure.
