Lila and her friends, Meryl and Caressa, are expecting to have one of the best summers of their lives before senior year. But everything changes: Caressa gets an awesome internship in The Big Apple, Lila is stuck finding a job and Meryl tries to keep the peace. Along the way they also pick up ex-arch nemesis Jennifer Hamilton. Through this book Lila and her friends all find different sides of themselves. This summer will change all of their lives forever.

Opinion:

I thought this was a very good book. The characters were very vivid and dramatic and it was almost like they were talking right to you. The plot was fun to follow and theme in general was nice. The only thing I didn''t like was how the author wrote the different points of view. Every girl got to tell a little bit of their own side of the story, but I don''t think the parts were equal and everybody didn''t get enough say. Overall I really enjoyed this book and I think that you would too.
