This book is about three dragon siblings, AuRon, Wistala, and Copper, who have been reunited after being separated by Dwarf slave traders. Unfortunately, their reunion does not take place on good terms, as there is an inevitable human war on the horizon. They each have different views of this. AuRon thinks that dragons should take no part with humans. Wistala believes that it is possible for dragons and men to coexist. Copper, however, has the most deviant of plans.

Opinion:

Plain and simple, I did not like this book. I did not realize this was the fourth book of a series, or else I might have liked it more. The author failed to give the importance of each dragon (such as which were mates, siblings, or friends), and often giving hard to pronounce (and remember) names such as Natasatch and Aumoahk. The author also wrote in such a way that was hard to follow. After reading the first chapter, I still had no idea what was going on. It was a long, slow, torturous eighteen pages. I feel the author should have provided some insight on what was happening, as it only would have made sense if you had read previous books. I would definitely not recommend this. It was too hard to understand.
