Do The Devil's Work for Him: How to make it in the Music Industry (and Stay in It!) is a guide that shows you every step of the way if you want a job in the music industry. It includes everything from internships to hanging out with your favorite bands. Also how to make the right impressions, start your own company, find people who will help you in your career, and more. The book has personal points of views from the authors with a few tips along the way. This is the perfect book for you if you are serious about a career in the music industry.

Opinion:

This book wasn't at all what I expected. I thought it was going to be some blow-off, rock 'n roll music book with a list of jobs in the music industry; boy, was I wrong! It is very serious and very focused on the music industry, specifically writing. That's just one of the reasons why I almost didn't finish it. I thought that it was just a bit long for not that big of a topic and it got repetitive over a while. The format bugged me and the illustrations were all the same which kind of got annoying. But, if you are serious about writing or a writing job in the music industry then this is a great book for you.
