In an explosion that he created, Lucius blew his arms off. Now he has hooks. Lucius chose them because they were cheap, so he wouldn't outgrow them, and so that everyone would know that he was different. But then Lucius meets Aurora. Aurora is different than anyone he's met because the hooks don't scare her, they don't keep her away, and in fact, they do not make any difference to her at all. But they mean everything to Lucius. They remind him of the beast he is inside. But maybe, just maybe, Aurora is his Beauty that will end his suffering, or maybe she's a girl that needs love just like he does.

Opinion:

Crazy Beautiful is a modern retelling story of Beauty and the Beast. The book contains gorgeous love. It can teach anyone that just because that someone is different, if they have hooks or not, that does not mean they don't deserve as much love as anyone else. Aurora and Lucius have love and a connection that everyone wants. This book is simply breathtaking and any romance lover will enjoy from beginning to end.
