Because of Mr. Terupt by Rob Buyea Five kids are starting 5th grade. There's Lexie, a bully; Peter, a prankster; Anna, an outcast; Jeffrey, who hates school; Luke, a brainiac; Jessica, the new girl; and Daniella, who never stands up for herself. Luckily, their teacher Mr.Terupt, knows how to deal with them. Mr. Terupt makes the classroom a fun place until an accident changes everything. Mr. Terupt gets hit by an ice snowball and falls into a coma. Will he live? What will happen to the kids?
Opinion:
I really liked Because of Mr. Terupt. After I picked this book up, I couldnt stop reading it. It had a good plot, and I liked how the author wrote it from each characters point of view. I also liked how he gave them have their own personalities that were different from one another. He described things so clearly that you could get a picture of what he meant in your mind. It was a very good book.
