LitPick Review
Toby has moved around the country with his mom ever since he can remember. They never stay in one place long enough to settle down. Now as a teenager he begins to question their constant change of addresses, his mom's many different names and her never-ending lies about her past. Is she a CIA agent, criminal or just a real nut case? The answer has a dramatic effect on Toby and it changes the way he looks at his life and those around him.
Opinion:
It took some time to get into it, but once you have gotten past the first parts it gets better. This book was an interesting coming-of-age story that encourages readers to think how they might react under similar circumstances. I recommend this book to teens who are looking for a meaning in their own lives.
