This book is about a common girl with a common life. Even her name, Jane Smith, is common. Jane is an editor for the school newspaper. She is known by the other kids in the newspaper staff as Grammar Girl. Jane doesn’t want to be Grammar Girl. She wants to be a reporter like everyone else she works with. One day, she is told she gets to do the front page of the newspaper. She doesn’t know what to write or even the topic. Will she get the perfect story? Or will she be stuck as Grammar Girl forever?
