Riley Blackthorne is at it again. The Demons are back and along with that, she has to help her boyfriend Simon recover from the injuries of the previous Demon fight at the Tabernacle. She's up to her neck with problems including her father's corpse being stolen out of the grave and a Grade 5 demon watching her every move. Luckily Ori, a super hot freelance demon hunter, is watching her back and making sure that he will be the one to kill this Demon. Her Dad's old apprentice, Beck, has also got her back, but he seems to be busier getting caught up with the Hunters from the Vatican that decide to come and help with the Demons even though it's not to the Atlanta Trappers liking. When Riley thinks that she's finally hit rock bottom, things start to get even worse.

Opinion:

Soul Thief was a very entertaining book to read and always left me wanting to read more. I could barely put it down because of all of the surprises hidden throughout the book and the cliff hangers at the end of each chapter. Jana Oliver is a very creative author and the details she puts in this book are fascinating. I love the way she portrays good and evil and the way she handles all of the situations in the story. This book is definitely for high school age and up, but I do recommend it because it was a great and fun book to read.
