This book is mainly about a sixth grade boy who has to
deal with death, loss of a parent, losing a friend, young
love, and bullies. This boy shares a lot of feelings with
his old best friend and a new girl. He has a hamster, an
older, zitty, sister,a dad who has an advice column, a
jewish grandma, and a runaway mom. This adventure book is
a story about a life everyone can relate to.

Opinion:

In my opinion, this was a very good book with a terrific ending.
I enjoyed reading this book because I could relate to all
of the emotions and feelings. I do want to warn you, there
was a little talk about jewish beliefs but it was not
persuasive. There are also some young lovey-dovey
feelings. I recommened this book to anyone who is about to
experience middle school or who is, or in other words 10-
13years old.
