May B. is about girl named Mavis Betterly, also known as May B.Her mom is going to have a baby so she has to stay with complete strangers. But, she is left with the promise that she will be home by Christmas. All except one day the people she stays with go away. What is she going to do? Read this book to find out.

Opinion: 

I recommend this book to ages 5 -105. This book has no violence or anything bad in it at all. Anyone who likes adventure, Pioneer, books written in verse, and quick reads would like this book. This a very good book and a very short read.
