This book is like a journal that both girls and boys can enjoy, its great for anyone who is feels like there not in control of there life or just need to let out some steam.Throughout the book there are different activities and thought pravoking pages are scattered through out the book. This is not homework, and no one has to read it but you, no one checking grammer or spelling.

Opinion:

I definitely liked this just because it helped me take some stress out of my life and is just something to write in. One of the reasons it helped me is because I love to write poetry and this book gave me many opportunities to write poetry, and well just write. You can also draw in many of the activities, like yourself and how you see you, people you like or don't. Thats another thing that Chill + Spill is good for, you can let out anger and frustration, write a letter to someone without them ever getting it. This was my favorite activity, it was great being able to say whatever I liked and it was also nice that i could tear it up and just throw it away like I never wrote it.
