The Dark Hunters are mythical warriors under the direction of the gods who have sworn to protect the earth from soul-sucking vampires. The main character, Talon, is a Celtic Dark Hunter with a cursed past, and in this volume of the series, he makes a discovery that could ultimately lead to his redemption. This discovery comes in the form of Sunshine, a girl he meets while living in New Orleans.
