The book is about these twin sisters Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, who end up liking the same guy, Todd Wilkins, wide receiver/ basketball captain. Jessica is the cheerleading captain and always gets what she wants, especially the boys. Elizabeth is more of a schoolgirl; she writes the insider for the Oracle and does other extra activities for school. She is used to letting her sister get what she wants but when it comes to Todd Wilkins; she is not willing to give him up easy.
