Shadow Chase by Seressia Glass is a fantasy about light versus dark, and Kira is a Shadowchaser, a person who fights the dark. In the beginning, Kira heads to London. When she gets there, Balm gives her news about a Chaser and his handler who went missing, and of course Kira is on the case. She must retrieve the Vessel of Nun. When Kira gets to the Chasers house the Chaser shows up and she gets some unexpected news - the Chaser has the Vessel of Nut and is going to trade it for his handler who was captured by Shadowlings.
