Every You, Every Me by David Levithan is a good and mysterious book. Evan loses Ariel, his best friend. He blames himself for it even though he knows he did the right thing. One day as he's walking home he finds an envelope on the ground. He knows it's none of his business but he's curious so he opens it up. Inside he finds a picture. The next day he finds another picture, this time it's of him. He goes on this wild goose chase finding the spots in the photos and receiving more photos trying to figure out who it is and why they are doing this to him.
Trapped by Mark Anderson is a great book about "how the world rescued 33 miners from 2,000 feet below the Chilean Desert." It's a non-fiction book that shows what happened when a mine caved in. All the miners were fortunate enough to live, none died. It really helped their survival skills and showed how stressful it can be to get miners out when they are stuck underground. It also shows all of the support you get while trapped.
My Not-so-still Life by Liz Gallagher is about a girl named Vanessa also known as Nessie. She's a girl that has her own version of fashion. She's always dying her hair different colors and wearing funky make-up and clothes. The thing is, she wants to grow up faster. Everyone is always asking why she wants to grow up so fast, and that she's not ready for it. However, she thinks she is ready, until she gets into a situation and realizes that everyone's right, shes not ready to grow up quite yet.
The Penderwicks at Point Mouette by: Jeanne Birdsall is the third book the Penderwicks series. It is a fantastic book. The Penderwicks are splitting up. Dad, Iantha, and Ben are going to England for there honeymoon(Ben is too little to stay home); Rosalind is going to New Jersey with her friend; and Jane, Skye, and Batty are going to Maine with Aunt Claire. While in Maine, Jane is having a love survey and along the way thinks she is in love, Aunt Claire has an accident, Jeffrey finds someone who he wishes were his dad, and many, many more events happen. What happens to Aunt Claire?

This book expresses how you can do something you later regret or think you want something but when the time comes you find out you really don't want it. Jemma has a forever crush on Forrest so when he asks her to be his pretend girlfriend she goes along with it. Later she finds out that she doesn't like how it's going and how she can't tell her friends. At the same time the Pink Locker Society is getting blackmailed.
True Colours by: Lucy Lemay Cellucci is a fantastic novel! This wonderful book is about a girl named Zoe. Zoe is very passionate about animals which is why she ends up breaking in to the neighbors wood shed and breaks into the glam girl building when animals are missing from the animal shelter. She turns to her troubled social studies partner Alex Fisher to help her in her adventure and she finds out he's not half bad. Read this marvelous novel to find out who find out what happens and who is the person responsible for the animal disappearances.
