D. G. Driver is the author of the new YA fantasy novel Cry of the Sea.  She also has a story titled "The Jamaican Dragon" in the pirate anthology A Tall Ship, A Sail and Plunder.  She is a member of SCBWI and The Author's Guild.  She used to publish as Donna Getzinger and has 3 award-winning biographies on classical composers Bach, Handel and Vivaldi available through Morgan Reynolds Publishers.  She also wrote a stirring account of The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire to critical acclaim.  In addition to writing books, she writes plays and is an actress and singer.
