Thomas Wilkinson

My writing reflects my passion for the outdoors, conservation, and wildlife, as well as my love of language, humor, absurdity, and history.

Born and raised in the suburbs of Washington DC, I now call the Sonoran Desert of southern Arizona my home where I volunteer with wildlife rescue and educational organizations. I have been fortunate to work with a wide array of fauna including bobcats, rattlesnakes, gila monsters, coatimundi, talking ravens, hawks, and owls. On any given night I can usually be found escorting animals off roadways, removing them from harm's way.
